This started out as a quick sketch. Then it got out of hand.

I haven't had a whole lot of time to paint recently, been busy with paid work. Hopefully I'll have some time in the next few months to bust something else out.

I really like this picture, the main character is really well painted and the one that i like the most is the girl with the pink hair, i don't know why, but she makes me remind of a manga character, Chidori from fullmetal panic x)

SO, it's a really great pic ! =)

tank girl immediately came to mind when i saw this - that girl with the pink hair reminds me of lori petty.

The muted, dusty background looks really good (I particularly like the background figures too) with the bright sunglasses and the girl's pink hair. Very nice work on the cloth. I would maybe think that some of the textures could be roughed up a bit, as the place the characters are in - the war scene - looks like it might benefit from looking sort of gritty, if you know what I mean. :)
I love when sketches get out of hand. :D Keep it up!
